One Account Per Player

Governing Language
This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Accounts confirmed as belonging to individuals under the age of 18 will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned where practicable, and all winnings will be voided without exception.
Geographic Restrictions
d0999 is designed and intended for use by players based in Bangladesh. It is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure that accessing and using the d0999 platform is lawful under the laws applicable in their location. d0999 makes no warranty that the platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside Bangladesh.

Account Registration & Security

Accuracy of Information
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during and after registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
One Account Policy
Each individual person may hold only one active d0999 account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. d0999 uses a combination of device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited, including deposits and pending withdrawals.
Account Security & Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your d0999 account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party under any circumstances. d0999 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify d0999 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
d0999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, including any unauthorised use of your account prior to your notification to d0999.
Account Verification (KYC)
d0999 may at any time request that you complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may require you to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame as notified by d0999 may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Use a strong, unique password for your d0999 account. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. Never log in from shared or public devices without logging out immediately afterwards.
Accepted KYC documents for Bangladeshi players include the National Identity Card (NID), passport, and official utility bills dated within the last three months. Documents must be legible and unaltered.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the d0999 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). d0999 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
- Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits applicable to your chosen payment method and account tier.
- Deposits are credited to your d0999 account balance in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
- d0999 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your mobile money provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, for which d0999 bears no responsibility.
- All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is one to three hours for bKash and Nagad. Bank card withdrawals may take one to three business days.
- d0999 reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Delays resulting from verification procedures are not considered a breach of this Agreement.
- Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, accounts that do not match the name on your d0999 profile, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same account.
Pending and Declined Transactions
If a deposit or withdrawal is pending for longer than the standard processing time, contact d0999 support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number. d0999 will investigate and respond within 24 hours. Transactions that cannot be completed due to incorrect details provided by the player are the responsibility of the player, and d0999 cannot guarantee recovery of funds sent to an incorrect payment address.
Currency
All account balances, bets, wins, bonuses, and transaction amounts are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). d0999 does not offer multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion is applied to BDT transactions.

General Bonus Terms
- Every bonus issued by d0999 is subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "playthrough requirement"). The wagering multiple applicable to each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
- Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated through the completion of the applicable wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal as real money.
- Bonuses have a validity period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements after the expiry of the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and sports bets may carry a lower contribution percentage than slots. The contribution table for each bonus is published on the relevant promotion page.
- d0999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus is cancelled by d0999 after a player has begun wagering, the player will retain any real-money winnings already generated at that point.
Bonus Abuse
d0999 actively monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; using automated software to complete bonus wagering; and coordinating bonus abuse with other players. Where bonus abuse is identified, d0999 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and permanently close the account.
Promotional Codes & Vouchers
Promotional codes and vouchers issued by d0999 are single-use, non-transferable, and valid only for the player to whom they are issued. Codes found via third-party websites or distributed outside official d0999 channels are not guaranteed to be valid. d0999 is not responsible for promotional codes published by unauthorised third parties.
d0999 is committed to transparent bonus terms. Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry dates are all stated clearly before you accept any offer. We do not hide conditions in footnotes or change terms after a bonus has been accepted.
Game Rules & Fair Play

The outcome of every game round is determined solely by the RNG and cannot be influenced, predicted, or altered by d0999, the game provider, or the player.
Live Casino

Game results are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) observed by live camera. Sports Betting
Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant competition as recognised by the applicable governing body (e.g., the ICC for international cricket, the BCB for BPL matches). d0999 reserves the right to void bets on events that are abandoned, postponed beyond a specified time window, or where the integrity of the event is in question. All in-play bets are settled at the odds confirmed at the time the bet is accepted — subsequent odds changes do not affect accepted bets.
Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a malfunction, error, or system failure that produces an incorrect game result or an erroneous payout, d0999 reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the stake to the player. d0999 is not liable for any losses or claimed profits arising from system malfunctions, disconnections, or display errors. The principle "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all game categories on the platform.
Every studio on d0999 — from Evolution Gaming to Spribe — operates independently audited RNG systems. d0999 does not have the technical ability to alter any game outcome. All results are final once confirmed by the provider's system.
BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all other cricket markets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are final once accepted at the displayed odds.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the d0999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to the relevant authorities where applicable:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or at any subsequent point, including false age declarations, false identity documents, or false payment method ownership.
- Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one d0999 account for any purpose, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses or to circumvent account restrictions.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker or live table games where player decisions affect shared outcomes.
- Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated software to interact with the d0999 platform in place of genuine human play.
- Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers, including but not limited to hedging, matched betting using bonus funds across multiple accounts, or deliberately exploiting pricing errors in sportsbook markets.
- Money Laundering: Using d0999 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or using the platform as a vehicle to obscure the origin of funds. d0999 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in connection with any investigation into suspected money laundering.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an illegitimate chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile money provider for a genuine d0999 transaction. Players who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will have their accounts closed and the amounts subject to recovery action.
- Platform Interference: Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or otherwise interfere with the d0999 platform, its software, its database, or its network infrastructure.
d0999 employs a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review to detect prohibited conduct. Detections are not always immediate — d0999 may investigate historical activity and take action retroactively where a breach is identified.
d0999 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Suspected criminal activity will be reported to the relevant Bangladeshi authorities. Account balances associated with fraudulent activity are subject to immediate freezing pending investigation.
Account Suspension & Closure
d0999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification or KYC procedures within the required time frame.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
- Detection of multiple accounts held by the same individual.
- Confirmed underage gambling.
- At the player's own request, including via self-exclusion.
Player-Initiated Closure
You may request the closure of your d0999 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures. Account closure requests are processed within 72 hours of receipt.
Self-Exclusion

Effect of Closure on Balances

Any forfeited funds resulting from a confirmed breach will not be returned.

Limitation of Liability, Governing Law & Contact
Limitation of Liability

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless d0999, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the d0999 platform, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the d0999 platform — including but not limited to the d0999 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game assets — is the intellectual property of d0999 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any d0999 content without prior written authorisation. Game assets remain the intellectual property of their respective providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, etc.) and are licensed to d0999 for display on the platform only.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the d0999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (both available on this website), constitutes the entire agreement between you and d0999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through d0999's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts. d0999 encourages all players to contact the support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
